I'm the Head of Commercial at Novelship, APAC's fastest growing online marketplace for limited edition sneakers, apparel, and collectibles, from highly-coveted brands including Air Jordan, Yeezy, Supreme, Fear of God, and more. In my role, I've successfully scaled our marketplace to over $15M USD in annual revenue, 120,000+ users, and 6 markets across APAC.

 

I specialise in data-driven, scalable growth strategies targeted at full-funnel marketing from acquisition and activation, all the way down to revenue and retention. I can help your company implement high-impact, short-term and long-term growth systems to meet your goals.

November 2018 - Present

HEAD OF COMMERCIAL | NOVELSHIP

Novelship is APAC's fastest growing online marketplace for limited edition sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles from the world's most popular brands including Air Jordan, adidas Yeezy, Supreme, Fear of God, and more.

Key Milestones

  • $15,000,000+ USD in annual revenue.

January 2018 - November 2018

COFOUNDER & CEO | OMNIBLOC

Founded in 2018, Omnibloc was an HR-tech platform utilising machine learning and blockchain technology to automate technical hiring needs. As one of three cofounders and CEO, I oversaw business development, marketing, and fundraising efforts from January 2018 until exiting in November 2018.

October 2016 - November 2018

COO | BREAKTHROUGH INNOVATION LAB

Breakthrough Innovation Lab during my tenure was an organisation ideating, building, and launching successful business ventures in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau.

 

Launched

  • WOW Sports - Sports tournament competition, mobile application.

  • Gofull - Hong Kong's first mobile power bank rental service, mobile application.

  • Oction - Platform for users to bid on popular items including consumer electronics, mobile application.

 

Key Milestones

  • Oversaw the acquisition of WOW Sports by Clashem, Red Bull's own sports-video competition application.

  • Successfully negotiated power bank rent/return contract with 7-Eleven Hong Kong to be featured in 928 locations across the territory.

  • Generated HK$10M in monthly revenue acting as Oction's Product Manager.

January 2017 - July 2017

PRODUCT MANAGER | OCTION

Oction was Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau's premier mobile auction application enabling users to bid on their favourite items including consumer electronics, collectibles, and more. As a subsidiary company of Breakthrough Innovation Lab, I acted as Product Manager and oversaw the development, launch and growth of Oction from January 2017 until July 2017.

 

Key Milestones

  • Achieved HK$10M in monthly revenue.

  • Acquired 100,000 users.

  • Expanded into 3 markets (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan).
